Eat or Non-Eating??

How will I be slimming down when I'm having lotsa delicious foods everyday and every time.
  • Nasi lemak or bread for Breakfast
  • Subway's Sandwich or Wrap for Lunch
  • Home-Dish for Dinner

sometimes, I'm even having another meal after ending my shift at 3.30pm. What about SUPPER?? did i mention i had my supper once a while???? i mean like, 2 to 3 times a week??
